Club Community is permanently free. Ace Pro with all management and community features starts from €19 net per month, based on club size up to 1,000 members.

Yes. You can test Ace Pro free for 14 days, with all features and no minimum term. Your Club Community profile stays free beyond that.

No. There is no minimum contract. You can cancel Ace monthly.

We support SEPA direct debit and invoice billing, including e-invoicing per EN 16931. Individual payment arrangements are possible for larger clubs.

Your price is locked for 24 months. After that, we raise it by at most 5% per year, announced at least six weeks in advance. You can cancel monthly at any time.

The member count as of January 1. That tier then applies for the whole calendar year. There is no mid-season tier change.

Not on membership dues, which are free of charge. Online booking payments carry a 2.9% + €0.35 fee per payment. By default the club carries that fee, so the guest pays the listed price. Cash and bank transfer payments are free, and SEPA export for your bank is included.

Nothing. The tier applies until year-end. Adjustments only happen on January 1.
