Court booking and indoor planning
Court booking in a tennis club often runs through phone calls, notice boards or WhatsApp. With Ace, members see free and booked times in real time and book around the clock in the app or browser. The board decides who may book when and for how long.
For the indoor season you set up courts and periods separately for summer and winter. You block times for maintenance, coaching or tournaments in a few clicks. When guests play on your courts, you can settle the guest fee through Ace.
Member management, fees and SEPA
In club management for tennis you keep member profiles, membership status and contact details in one place. Roles and permissions control who can see and edit what. Changes can be traced in the audit log.
You bill fees according to your current member list. Members grant their SEPA mandate digitally, and you collect fees by SEPA direct debit. You create invoices including e-invoices under EN 16931 and keep track of incoming payments and open items.
You import existing member data from Excel or your current club software. You can do the import yourself, or the Ace team does it for you.
Data protection and hosting
Member data is personal data, and the board is responsible for it. At Ace, all data is hosted in Germany. We sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with your club. You decide who sees member data through roles and permissions, and you can export your data at any time.

Getting started in your club
Getting started takes three steps. First we clarify courts, booking rules and roles in a short kickoff. Then your member data goes into Ace, from Excel or from your current software. Finally you go live, and members book via app or browser. This usually takes one to two weeks, depending on your data.
